This Registration of Interest and market sounding aims to offer a fair and organised platform for experienced industry stakeholders to express their interest and share insights on the design of Greenheart which will require multiple disciplines to prepare concept, schematic and detailed design, and site-specific technical assessments and investigations.

The City reserves the right to move directly to a closed tender process. It is strongly recommended that all companies with a genuine interest in tendering for the works respond to this request. Respondents should provide transparent and genuine feedback in relation to their ability to tender and deliver the works within the anticipated timeframe.
