Install and commission of a complete compliant wastewater management system within the Mataranka Council Works Depot, noting that the land application area was installed and certified as part of stage one works.

These tendered works consist of two sections, one section adjacent the office building and the other in the vicinity of the aged care building.

Section 1 requires decommissioning of the existing system and reconnection of the new Fujiclean CE6000, removal and reinstatement of the existing septic systems. Also noting that the Fujiclean wastewater treatment has been procured and will be provided by RGRC. The Fujiclean CE6000 will be delivered to site by RGRC as packaged by the manufacturer ready for installation by the successful contractor. All fittings, pipelines and connections are to be made from the service from the existing plant. Set out of the plant locations will be confirmed on site with the RGRC representative in reference to the design drawings.

Section 2 of the tender consists of a new trade waste arrestor, a sewer pump station fit-out and new rising main connecting to the Fujiclean CE6000. Removal and reinstatement of the existing septic systems will form part of the tender. Similar to Section 1, all fittings, pipelines and connections are to be provided onsite as part of this tender.
