AnglicareSA is seeking a single contractor to provide scheduled maintenance to all lifts at our site locations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

AnglicareSA requests that tenderers maintain the strictest of confidentiality at all times.

There is key information included in the Part A , Conditions of Tender. Tenderers are required to read this document carefully to fully understand the RFT process

All requests for additional information must be through the Tender Forum and Tenderers are requested not to discuss any information relating to the tender with any AnglicareSA staff member other than the person nominated in the Part A, Conditions of Tender.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RESPOND

Tenderers are required to advise their intention to respond to the Tender in accordance with the RFT Part A, Conditions of Tender.

It is critical to note that if no Intention to Respond is received, AnglicareSA will assume no response is going to be provided and the Tenderer will not receive any further RFT related communication from that date.

SUBMISSIONS

Completed responses must be submitted via the online submission form. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME

The Tender closes in accordance with the RFT Part A, Conditions of Tender. Submissions must be fully received by this time.

AnglicareSA is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. AnglicareSA staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
