Looking for a payroll consultant/iChris specialist initially for 3 days per week for 6 months, then reducing to 1 day per fortnight, or an as needs basis.

Scope of services would be:

1. Providing iChris support services including:

• Administration tasks in iChris, including managing upgrades
• Building reports in iChris
• Implementation of superannuation software to automate superannuation calculations
• Identifying and actioning system improvements

2. Supporting AFMA’s payroll function including:

• Payroll processing services

          -provide support to the payroll team on commencements, prior service submissions, pay increases and salary advancements, allowances, payroll adjustments, salary packaging

          -Superannuation – process employee deductions, administer superannuation payments, super birthday reviews, identify any issues

          -Leave entitlements - policy interpretation/processing/maintaining register

          -Review of pay runs

• Payroll assurance services – Provide support to internal audit and ANAO audit requests from time to time
• Provide advice on legislative compliance, systems and transaction processing

The successful provider would be required to have strong iChris systems experience.
