Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (Council) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors for EOI number E115-2024 for the Design Finalisation and Construction of the Tamworth Regional Aquatic Centre and Northern Inland Centre of Sport and Health.
Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractor to finalise the design and construct the proposed multi-purpose facility. The contractor is generally expected to finalise the design from a future 90% stage and construct the works in full. A detailed scope of works is provided in the EOI documents.
This EOI is the first stage in a two-stage procurement process. The second stage involves a request for tender process where selected respondents from the EOI will be invited to submit a tender.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any submission and any tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
