The Shire is inviting tenders to provide three conceptual design options for development of the two lots. The tender process aims to select a proponent based on capability (qualifications and experience), design approach, ability to meet timeline objectives, and value for money.

Tender documents may be obtained from the Shire Office on request. Alternatively, electronic copies may be obtained by contacting mbowen@gnowangerup.wa.gov.au. Please note: the provision of commercial in confidence material is subject to the signing of a mutual confidentiality agreement.

The Shire will arrange for one on-site briefing during the three-week tender submission period, likely to be Wednesday 4th September 2024 at 10.00am (AWST).
