Meli are considering tenders for the following:

• Motor Vehicle Fully Maintained Operating Leases
• Online Fleet Management System

Motor Vehicle Fully Maintained Operating Lease period three (3) and four (4) years with an option of one (1) year extension (3+1 / 4+1). Lease term to be confirmed at the time of tender award on individual vehicle requirements.

Contract between lease Provider and Meli for five (5) year term, with the option to extend annually by mutual agreement for up to three (3) additional years (5+1+1+1). At the expiration of the agreed term, this contract for Motor Vehicle Fully Maintained Operating Lease and Online Fleet Management System will be reissued for tender. All leased vehicles held within this contract will expire naturally at the end of their agreed term.
