Tender Description

Mornington Peninsula Shire invites experienced contractors/firms to tender for the construction of the Rye Foreshore, Park and Promenade, along the length of the Rye Foreshore, opposite the Napier Street Plaza.

Works including but not limited to; demolition works, new carpark construction, paved promenade area, memorial relocation, concrete and reclaimed pier timber seating, stormwater drainage works, concrete and crushed rock pathways, vegetation planting, and installation of new furniture and other amenities, all to appropriate Australian & Mornington Peninsula Shire Standards.
