The City is seeking to engage a suitable resourced, experienced and skilled contractor to provide Foam Bitumen Stabilisation to three of the City's roads.

The scope of work included in this Contract is for the rehabilitation of pavement sections as specified by the Principal. Rehabilitation will be by in-situ foamed bitumen stabilisation of existing pavements incorporating cement as a supplementary binder at the nominated rates of addition. Incorporation of the binder shall be accomplished using a purpose-built stabilising mixer with mixing box referred to as a "stabiliser".

The Roads are Bannister Road, Nicholson Road and Dowd Street, the Specifications Appendix A for the full Scope of Works
