Tender Description
We are seeking to identify the most feasible and viable solutions that address the strategic challenge of scaling our debt resolution activities.
The solution needs to provide us flexibility in how we deliver high-value, efficient, and effective services that meet customer expectations while administering the State Debt Recovery Act.
We expect the following outcomes to be driven by the transformation:
- Improved customer, business partner and employee satisfaction
- Increased levels of automation resulting in higher productivity and fewer workarounds
- Increased regulatory and guideline compliance
- Optimisation of customer and account management capabilities leading to increased cash collection
- Improved system reliability
- Reduced privacy breaches, security incidents and critical vulnerabilities.
