Kiama Municipal Council invites proposals to operate a carnival from Black Beach over the Christmas/New Year period from 2025/26 until 2029/30 (i.e.: five consecutive years). The first Carnival in this expression of interest period may run from 2025 until 2026 excluding any agreed bump-in/bump-out period.

Subsequent Carnivals will be held over the same general period with exact dates to be confirmed by specific licence agreement each year. Contact details:
