Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The objective of this engagement is for the seller to:

  • review the AER’s Digital Transformation target state and Year 1 architecture to identify opportunities for improvement as it would relate to alternative solutions or alternative pathways to achieve the intended outcome; and
  • develop deliverables that may be used by the AER in implementing the roadmap, including forming the basis of a Statement of Requirements for any future procurement of services from a solution partner
