Sydney Metro West - Sydney Olympic Park Integrated Station Development - Enrolment to Participate (ETP)

Project goals

Sydney Metro invites organisations that wish to participate in the upcoming procurement process for the Sydney Metro West Sydney Olympic Park Integrated Station Development (ISD) to submit an Enrolment to Participate (ETP) Application.

The ETP Application allows Interested Parties in the Sydney Metro West Integrated Station Development at Sydney Olympic Park to request access to the Sydney Olympic Park ISD EOI Documents and to participate in the procurement process for the delivery of the Sydney Olympic Park ISD.

This ETP Application process relates only to the Sydney Olympic Park ISD.

The Sydney Olympic Park ISD comprises of the Sydney Olympic Park Station Package and the Sydney Olympic Park Developments (comprising of one over station development and two adjacent station developments).

Scope

The Sydney Metro West ISDs is one of a number of contract packages being procured by Sydney Metro as part of the Sydney Metro West project. Sydney Metro is procuring the following Sydney Metro West ISD contract packages under a staged and separate procurement process:

• Parramatta ISD;
• Sydney Olympic Park ISD (the subject of this ETP Application process); and
• Pyrmont Station ISD.

The Sydney Olympic Park ISD will be located to the east of Olympic Boulevard in Sydney Olympic Park, with the main station entrance between Herb Elliott Avenue and Figtree Drive. Three building developments are proposed above and adjacent to the metro station and will include a mix of homes, commercial offices and retail spaces. The proposed development will have easy access to buses, the existing Olympic Park Station and the planned Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2.

Sydney Metro currently expects to release the Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in February 2025 to Interested Parties who have successfully completed this ETP Application process. The EOI process will enable participants to access more information on the opportunities in relation to the Sydney Olympic Park ISD.
