Tender Description
Council is now inviting Tenders for the provision of irrigation and drainage for the existing oval at Ron Payne Park, North Epping. Presently the oval does not have irrigation and drainage, and providing these services will deliver a better playable surface, enhancing the overall usability of the sportsground. A bioretention basin is present on site and the works will include construction of an irrigation tank. Other works including oval turf, sandstone block tiered seating retaining walls and laying of synthetic cricket pitch are indicated as provisional items.
All interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender.
Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation to Tender.
A pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 04 September 2024 at 11.30am on site at Ron Payne Park Oval, 18X Woods Street, North Epping. Meet at the existing amenities building.
