The project consists of creating 2 raised pedestrian crossings (wombat crossings) on Thursday Island.
The works generally include:
* Traffic management
* clearing and earthworks, including subbase material and gravel
* stormwater drainage
* kerb and channeling
* signage
* linemarking
* erosion and sediment control.
