The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) intends to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for Head Building Contractor services to deliver a new seed warehouse and covered truck parking under a D&C contract.
The Seed warehouse will be a 10m x 20m steel frame shed with a concrete slab and tin roof.
The Covered Truck Parking will fit 6 semi trailer trucks and a number of single/dual axle trailers, have a steel frame, tin roof, open sides and a crushed gravel base.
The opportunity to submit proposals for this work will be provided via a formal RFT process.
It is anticipated that the RFT will be issued in October 2024.
The tender documentation will be made available for download from the Buying for Victoria website located at www.tenders.vic.gov.au (Buying for Victoria) once the tender has been formally issued.
