Whangarei and Kaipara District Councils are seeking to create a panel of Contractors to undertake the physical works required to remediate the slips which occurred during the weather events of 2022/23. The panel will also undertake a portion of the Whangarei District Councils resilience program works over the next three years, and potentially a portion of the NZTA's Low-Cost Low Risk (LCLR) Subsidence Projects as part of the resilience program for Northland.

Council's preference is for the entire tender process, including downloading tender documents, raising queries and submitting tenders, to be managed electronically using Council's E-Procurement Portal.
