Powerlink Queensland advises that due to size limitations within QTenders, it is not possible to upload all of the documents pertaining to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) on QTenders.

All documentation excepting the below two attachments are uploaded herein.

Prospective tenderers are to email contracts@powerlink.com.au with a request for the below two files which will be issued via Secure File Transfer.

The scope of the works includes Full Principal Contractor Responsibilities to construct the below:

Separable Portion 1:

• All civil works
• Hardstand
• Operation Warehousing building
• External services to allow for use of warehouse building
• Driveway and extent of carpark to service warehouse building

Separable Portion 2:

• Ful new site perimeter fencing
• Remaining Hardstand
• Truck washdown
• All ancillary buildings
• Main workspace and training facility building
• Remaining portion of carpark
• Landscaping

For detailed information on the specific goods / services sought under this tender, please review the "Specification Documents" in "Section 2 of the ITT".

A compulsory site inspection will be carried out on Wednesday, 04 September 2024, commencing at 11:00am. Prospective tenderers shall contact Belinda McLaughlin on email gladstonehubproject@powerlink.com.au prior to the above date. All costs associated with attending the site inspection shall be borne by the tenderer.

Failure by a tenderer to attend a site inspection will render their tender non-conforming.
