Tender Description
Goulburn Murray Water (GMW) is seeking a suitable contractor to Supply and Install 30 Video Conferencing Unit/equipment at Goulburn Murray Water offfices accross Northern Victoria.
GMW currently has multiple Video Conferencing Units (VCs) and TV screens in conference rooms to communicate with members at various offices and sites.
Current state
The existing configuration consists of 30 VCs and 52 TV screens as mentioned below:
- 8 conference rooms: 1 VC unit and 1 TV screen each
- 22 conference rooms: 1 VC unit and 2 TV screens each
Future state (Scope of this project)
This project aims to purchase and install 30 video conferencing units and 34 TV Screens (85” size) across 30 conference rooms in 17 locations, and it requires the removal and disposal of the existing VC units and TV screens sustainably. Summary of replacements of TV screens and Video Conferencing units is as below:
- 8 conference rooms: Existing single TV screen to be replaced by ONE new 85" TV screen
- 18 conference rooms: Existing dual TV screens to be replaced by ONE new 85" TV screen
- 4 conference rooms: Existing dual TV screens to be replaced by TWO new 85" TV screens
The project needs to include design, procure, transport, install, test, provide user training and commissioning of 30 Video Conferencing unit/equipment.
The unit/equipment will need to be Windows based MS Teams room devices and will have the ability to host video conferences using multiple platforms as well as MS Teams, Webex and Zoom. GMW are also, considering replacement of about 34 TV Screens associated with these VC units. The current VC units and TV screens will need to be removed and disposed of by the successful tenderer as part of this project.
