Tender Description

 Ballina Shire Council is seeking to engage a panel of suitably qualified and experienced contractors for a 3 year period to provide a range of trades services to assist Council where specialist services or additional resource capacity are required.

The scope of works and services provisioned from a panel of providers includes, but is not limited to, the following trades services:

  • Electrical Trades Services (Level 1 and Level 2)
  • Building and Construction Services
  • Plumbing, Drainage and Gas Fitting Services
  • Cleaning (Commercial, Public Buildings, Windows, High Pressure Water)
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Solar and Photovoltaic Equipment Servicing, Maintenance, Supply and Installation
  • Landscaping Services
  • Glazing; tinting; security screens; emergency shutter services
  • Fencing Servicing, Maintenance, Supply and Installation
  • Shade and Tensile Structure Servicing, Maintenance, Supply and Installation
  • Sports field and Playground Infrastructure and Equipment Servicing, Maintenance, Supply and Installation
  • Demolition Services/Asbestos Removal and Disposal
  • Metal Fabrication Services (ferrous and non-ferrous metal)
