Nature Parks is in the initial stages of planning the visitor experience journey for the next 5 years to engage visitors and the community and drive connection to our sites, experiences, cultural heritage, and history of Phillip Island (Millowl).
To aid in preparing a five-year rejuvenation strategy Nature Parks are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Tourism professional to assess and report on all elements of the current visitor experience and highlight opportunities for our future planning efforts. Our aim is to develop a multiyear road map for development and implementation of a strategic visitor experience enhancement plan with consideration to:
- Critical review and analysis of current state;
- Identify areas for improvement, innovation and value add to existing experiences or themes;
- Support the development of a multi-year road map and roll out plan for new, updated assets either static or digital or a combination of both;
- Consideration of regress/removal change opportunities;
- Maintenance and lifespan of interpretation and installations
