Note to Applicants: This tendering porta has been opened early to support the process to enable access to the Expression of Interest (EOI) Documents.

This process is further described below.

The EOI is anticipated to be formally released on Friday, 13 September 2024 (EOI Release Date). The EOI Documents will be released on the EOI Release Date via this Portal but will appear as an Addendum.

Inland Rail Pty Ltd (IRPL) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and qualified entities (Applicants) to provide design services to support the delivery of the Inland Rail Program across the key areas of, Northern New South Wales (NNSW), and Queensland (QLD) (together, the "North of Narromine Design Services") in accordance with the EOI Documents.

The Conditions of EOI Documents Access are as follows: the EOI Documents will be password protected and Applicants will be provided with a password upon demonstrating that they meet the relevant minimum requirements. The password will provide access to the EOI Documents on this Portal from the EOI Release Date.

The intent of password protecting the EOI is to only allow access to those parties who are genuinely interested in participating in the upcoming EOI process.

As such, Applicants are instructed to carefully read the Microsoft Word document entitled "North of Narromine Design Services - Conditions of EOI Documents access" (Document) attached to this Portal and provide the responses included in Schedule 1 of the attached Document.

Once Applicants have submitted a response to Schedule 1 of the Document via email to IRnondesign@inlandrail.com.au, the IRPL procurement team will respond to the Applicants in accordance with the Document via the Applicant's nominated email address provided in Schedule 1.

Additional key matters to note:

1. All EOI queries must be issued through the EOI forum on this Tendering Portal;

2. The anticipated Closing Date and Time for the lodgement of the Conditions of EOI Documents Access is Friday, 27 September 2024 at 16:00hrs AEST (Lodgement Closing Date);

3. The anticipated Closing Date and Time for the EOI is Friday, 4 October 2024 at 16:00hrs AEST (EOI Closing Date);

4. The Lodgement Closing Date and the EOI Closing Date will not be extended due to late lodgements of the Conditions of EOI Documents Access.
