To maintain and further elevate the prestige of the Kings Square precinct, the role of tenant facilities manager is critical. The selected tenant facility management partner will be entrusted with upholding and enhancing the site's reputation, ensuring that it continues to provide exceptional level of community engagement and tenant satisfaction.

The Owners provide a premium service within the building and want this approach reflected within the Facilities Management provision that is supplied to the tenants. The Service Provider should demonstrate both in this EOI and, if successful, during the RFT and the contract, a desire to take ownership and work collaboratively with the owners and tenants to provide these services.
