NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions from short stay accommodation managers to manage three short stay accommodation cottages.

Project goals

The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is seeking experienced short term accommodation managers to manage three short stay accommodation cottages within Royal National Park known as Hilltop, Weemalah and Reid’s Flat. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced managers to develop a thriving short stay accommodation business that supports and enhances the natural, cultural and heritage values of the Royal National Park. With river views and set amongst the Gums trees, these cottages are popular for guest who want to experience all that Royal National Park has to offer during the day and relax in the evening with all the mod cons.

Respondents must demonstrate they can deliver an exceptional visitor experience in accordance with NPWS principles, legislation, guidelines, policies and to the required standards.

Scope

Provide high-quality accommodation to guests including cleaning, grass mowing and yard maintenance, rubbish collection, visitor services, maintaining the standard of furniture and fit-out, providing guest access and turnover and tending to out-of-hours matters
