The Tenderer is notified that certain documents relevant to the project and the preparation of Tenders are confidential and will be released to Tenderers only upon the execution by the Tenderer and return to Tenders ACT of Attachment 5 – Confidentiality Deed.

Executed forms may be:

• scanned and sent by email to: TendersACT@act.gov.au

Once the form is received, the Territory will provide the relevant documents to the Tenderer via

TendersACT’s tender box 39082-RFT-100.

Please be informed that the Tender box 39082-RFT-100 to be used to upload the tender submissions.
