Brothers Ipswich Football Club located at 20 Wildey Street, Raceview QLD 4305 is undergoing refurbishment to their Changerooms. Suitably qualified and experienced contractors are invited to submit an expression of interest for this project.

Works involve subdividing the existing two larger changeroom into four smaller unisex changerooms. Existing urinals to be demolished and replaced with WC’s cubicles, new floor finishes, new wall finishes (to showers), new fixtures and fittings and general makegood. The project value is likely to fall into the “$0 - $500k” bracket and requires completion by mid-February 2025. A tender panel will be selected from the registered entities.
