The objective of the procurement is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced prequalified consultant with sufficient capacity to provide design, superintendence and onsite surveillance Services for the TCCS Civil Electrical Upgrade – Asset Renewal Program (“Project”).

Consultant will be required to undertake document review for Construction RFT readiness for 18 sites which have developed though previous years BIF funding, develop design drawings for 2 additional sites requiring upgrades and the detailed investigations, design and RFT Readiness for 1 site to be constructed in future years by alternative funding sources.

Consultant will also be required to undertake Construction tender phase requirements and superintendence related works for the construction of the traffic Signal works.
