eHealth Queensland is seeking offers for ICT10550 - Internal Development Program Coaching Service.

Within eHealth Queensland, Delivery Services Branch (DSB) is Queensland Health's trusted partner and advisor for excellence in digital health projects - ensuring the successful delivery of major ICT projects across the state. Through a mixture of project delivery teams, on-the-ground support and expert advisors, the branch works with key stakeholders across Queensland Health to support the system’s digital transformation agenda and enable better health outcomes for all Queenslanders. This includes:

• uplifting ICT infrastructure to ensure hospitals are ‘digital ready’
• continuing the rollout and optimisation of the integrated electronic medical record
• delivering new applications to enable improved health service delivery
• coordinating ICT for new hospitals and hospital redevelopments
• establishing the foundations for Queensland Health to access cloud services
• implementing an annual program of ICT upgrades and replacements to ensure our workforce has access to reliable and current technology

The scope will include:

• Provision of a skilled, knowledgeable, and engaging facilitator. It is expected that a named individual will lead delivery of the training to ensure quality and provide continuity and consistency
• Delivery of the eHealth Queensland project delivery framework induction training course and achievement of the learning outcomes
• Contribution to the review and revision of the project delivery framework induction training course. It is expected that the existing course will be delivered by the supplier initially. Subsequently, the course will be reviewed and revised
