Queensland Health (QH) is seeking proposals in order to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with a single Supplier from which it may procure one or more separate Clinical Trials Management System(s) (CTMS).

Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through Queensland Health) in relation to this Invitation to Offer (ITO) ICT10541.

Queensland Health has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives:

• To establish a SOA with a single supplier that allows any QH Hospital and Health Service to purchase and implement a CTMS;
• Identify a fit-for-purpose CTMS solution which aligns with the National Clinical Trials Governance Framework and will support QH to fulfill their clinical trials reporting requirements; and
• To derive the best value for money in accordance with Queensland Procurement Policy targets and commitments and other relevant Queensland Government procurement related policies and procedures.

Queensland Health encourages competitive processes through this ITO. Suppliers are encouraged to request any additional background information required to complete their response and Queensland Health will endeavour to provide this information.

Notes:

1) This ITO is for the establishment of a SOA for the provision of Clinical Trials Management Solution.

2) Suppliers are required to complete the ITO document, Attachment A, Attachment B, Attachment C, Attachment D and Attachments E.

4) Shortlisted Suppliers will be invited to do a presentation of their offer.
