Part B - Response Schedules: Includes the templates that respondents must use to submit their proposals.

Part C - Service Conditions of Contract: Details the specific terms and conditions of the contract related to the services being procured.

Attachments:

Call Manual: Contains operational details and instructions regarding call handling processes.

On-Call Contact List: Includes a list of contacts required for the service or in case of emergencies.

Specifications: Outlines the technical and functional requirements of the services to be provided.

Process Maps: visual representations or flowcharts of processes related to the service.

Response Schedule Attachments:

Ability to Meet Specifications: Section where bidders detail how they will meet the outlined specifications.

Schedule of Rates: Template where bidders enter their pricing.
