Council is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Suppliers for the establishment of a Concrete Supply Panel for the period 01 January 2025 until 31 December 2026, for the following concrete types:

• 20MPa (standard concrete and low carbon concrete);
• 25MPa (standard concrete and low carbon concrete);
• 32MPa (standard concrete and low carbon concrete);
• 40MPa (standard concrete and low carbon concrete);
• Kerb and gutter mix (standard concrete and low carbon concrete);
• Sand and cement mix (standard concrete and low carbon concrete);
• No fines concrete (standard concrete and low carbon concrete);
• Course and fine sand mix 50/50; and
• Accelerant and retarder

For the duration of the Contract, services are to be provided across the entire Shire (including remote locations) and are subject to ongoing satisfactory Supplier performance.

The inclusion on this Panel will constitute a Deed of Standing Offer to supply concrete when Council has a requirement.
