Replacement of existing ERP solution (SAP ECC6) with a new solution consisting of SAP SuccessFactors and a Finance/Procurement solution to be proposed by the vendor, and first support contract.

Project goals

NSW Parliament has embarked on a project to upgrade its ERP solution from SAP ECC6 to a new solution consisting of SAP SuccessFactors and a Finance/Procurement solution yet to be determined.

The primary objective is to deliver an ERP product based on a modern, supportable platform that enables accurate management, reporting, and auditing.

Scope

A fixed price quote is sought from selected vendors on the NSW Government ICT Services Scheme to deliver the following:

• Implementation of a SAP SuccessFactors solution for Human Resource and Payroll management (modules set out in attached files), including all required integrations/interfaces and architecture elements such as BTP;
• Proposal and implementation of a Finance/Procurement solution to integrate with SAP SuccessFactors that meets or exceeds the requirements set out below, including all other required integrations/interfaces;
• Data migration and testing as per attached files
• Provision of ongoing support for both SuccessFactors and the Finance/Procurement solution, subject to the ICTA contracting framework, from go-live.
