Mount Alexander Shire Council’s (Council) Community Wellbeing team is requesting information from CRM software vendors regarding availability and functionality of products to support our Aged Care and Disability programs. The In-home Aged Care (IHAC) program being implemented by the Federal Government comes into effect from 1 July 2024, and will impact the services currently delivered by Community Wellbeing team.
Information is being gathered from multiple vendors in order to assist Council to determine the investment in digital transformation required to respond to these significant sector changes. The information provided by this process will be used to present indicative financial investment information in order to assist Council’s decision making as they review the viability to remain in some or all community-based aged care services.
