Tender Description
RCC requires a Principal Contractor for the replacement of the existing chillers and associated works at its Library Building, Cleveland.
Tenderers are to note a Site Inspection is considered mandatory for this project. An inspection of the Site will be held on Tuesday 17th September 2024 (commencing 10am sharp) at 60 Middle Street (meet outside the entrance of the Library), Cleveland.
Please confirm your attendance by emailing pdgprocurement@redland.qld.gov.au, stating “PDG-20546-1 RSVP Att: Tracey Justice) by Monday (day before) 16th September 2024 (2pm).
Tenders will only be accepted from those Tenderers represented at the site inspection.
