We are enquiring as to whether you would be interested in providing a quote for the following infrastructure for New Year’s Eve 2024 for Woollahra Council foreshore Fireworks vantage sites:

(1) Hire, delivery and collection of portable toilets

(2) Hire, delivery and collection of lighting towers and 1 generator

(3) The supply, installation and dismantle of temporary fencing

Please provide a quote on any or all of the requirements (1, 2 and/or 3) that your company can supply.

Council reserves the right to cancel or reduce the order if there are any changes to the Sydney Harbour Fireworks or if the NYE fireworks are cancelled, or if crowd numbers are reduced or limited, or due to public health orders, or due to any other circumstances that are beyond Council’s control.

• Accessible Portable Toilets - Quantity 2 - Locations, Yarranabbe Park, Darling Point & Caledonian Road, Rose Bay

• Lighting towers - Quantity 13 - Locations, McKell Park & Yarrannabe Park, Darling Point and Rose Bay Foreshore, Rose Bay

• Generator 6.5 KVA plus spare can of fuel - Quantity 1 - Location - Rose Bay Foreshore, Rose Bay (stored within accessible portable toilet at Caledonian Road)

Standard portable toilets will be located at the following vantage points – per Site Maps.

• Yarranabbe Park, New Beach Road, Darling Point x 15

• End of Caledonia Road, Rose Bay x 6

• Queens Avenue, Vaucluse x 2

• Dumaresq Reserve, Dumaresq Road, Rose Bay x 2

• Tingira Memorial Reserve, Rose Bay x 2

• Duff Reserve, Wolseley Road, Point Piper x 1

• McKell Park, Darling Point Road, Darling Point x 4

Accessible portable toilets will be located at the following vantage points – per Site Maps.

• Yarrannabbe Park, Darling Point x 1

• Junction of Caledonian Road + Collins Ave, Rose Bay x 1

Please note; portable toilets will need to be delivered locked with cable ties. Apart from the accessible portable toilet for delivery to Junction of Caledonian Rad and Collins Ave, which will need to be locked with a combination padlock. Combination to be supplied to Council by

Lighting Towers will be located at the following vantage points – per Site Maps.

• Yarranabbe Park, New Beach Road, Darling Point x 6

• McKell Park, Darling Point Road, Darling Point x 2

• Rose Bay Foreshore - end of Caledonian Road x 3

• Tingira Reserve x 1

• Percival Park x 1

Temporary Fencing requirements – Approx. 1200 metres (total).

The fence locations are:

• Yarranabbe Park, New Beach Road, Darling Point

• McKell Park, Darling Point Road, Darling Point

• Rose Bay:

• Foreshore - end of Caledonian Road.
• Tingira Memorial Park – gate required for Council security to use as access point.
• Percival Park – pedestrian gates required both sides.
• Junction of Collins Avenue and Caledonian Road.
• Fernleigh Reserve.
• Council Chambers at Redleaf, New South Head Road, Double Bay.
