Tender Description
The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) invites submissions from qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of community services (brokered on an as needs basis) to patients of the RMH, including home care, personal care, home nursing and allied health services for multiple RMH teams, including RMH@Home (Acute and Sub-acute), Post-Acute Care (PAC) and the Transition Care Program Home Based (TCP-HB).
Organisations interested in submitting a proposal can nominate the services that they are proposing to provide. There is no requirement for organisations to be able to provide the full range of services sought in this RFP.
