ABOUT THE TENDER

For the purposes of this RFT, Supplier Services will cover the provision of Grounds Maintenance for the Murray Riverina Region for Property NSW Pty Limited for 33 sites.

Grounds Maintenance of these sites, including but not limited to; general grounds, mowing, garden beds, watering system. Refer to Part B Scope of Works for detail.

Tenderers' questions should be directed via the online forum.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

Submissions close at 5pm Monday 23 September 2024, and must be fully received electronically by this time. Cushman & Wakefield is not bound to accept the lowest priced submission or all or any part of a submission and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Proposal process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Cushman & Wakefield staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
