Tender Description
This Expression of Interest is to identify suppliers that can supply and deliver (across Qld) vessel packages including aluminium hull, trailer & outboard (warranty & maintenance) specifically designed for use by Qld Boating and Fisheries Patrol compliance work.
Without exception, the vessel, outboard and trailer package must comply with all relevant rules, regulations, standards and other matters enforceable under Queensland or Commonwealth law.
For example (but not limited to):
• legislation, codes, orders and standards administered by the Department of Transport and Main Roads (Qld).
• legislation, codes, orders and standards administered by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (Cwlth) including the National Standard for Commercial Vessels.
• any requirements for further equipment, documentation, design or construction elements.
