Ara Poutama Aotearoa is seeking proposals to deliver a combination of Alcohol and Other Drug Services and Brief Remand Services at the following sites:

• Northland Regional Corrections Facility

• Auckland Regional Women’s Corrections Facility

• Spring Hill Corrections Facility

• Manawatū Prison

• Rolleston Prison

• Christchurch Women's Prison

• Otago Corrections Facility

• Invercargill Prison

The above-mentioned service types are defined within the RFP documentation to this advertisement.

We would like to negotiate long-term strategic relationships with providers aiming for good collaboration as we work together for continuous improvement of our services.

The procurement requires respondents to bid for all required services at their selected site/s.

We are expecting to enter a service co-development phase with successful providers in the first half of calendar year 2025 (if required) and start the delivery of services in the third quarter of calendar year 2025.

We are anticipating hosting a virtual Q&A session for this procurement on the 16th of September 2024 at 1pm. Following this, all questions and answers will be attached to this advertisement in the instance that respondents cannot attend.
