This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Banana Shire Council has recognised that a roof for one of it's pump sheds has become unsafe. It is assumed ACM and needs to be safely removed using appropriate scaffolding, disposed of under certification and replaced with Colorbond "Pale Eucalypt" corrugated steel sheeting.
Barge and gutter will be required to be installed with downpipes directed on to a splash pad, as per Australian Standards. Re-installation of mesh or supply of new to ensure vermin-proofing is required. Insulation under sheeting is also required
The roof is a small (approximately 4m x 4m pitched) ACM tile roof in a fenced compound on Dawson Highway approximately 1.5km from the edge of Biloela
