The Aotearoa New Zealand Advanced Training Committee – General Paediatrics is seeking Expressions of Interest from General Paediatric Fellows to join the ATC as appointed members.
Description
This committee oversees operational and local matters for New Zealand and reports to the Aotearoa New Zealand Paediatric and Child Health Division Education Committee.
The Committee is seeking to appoint 1 Fellow to join the Committee, initially for a period of three years, but eligible for reappointment for another term. The Committee generally meets face to face once a year with additional zoom meetings if required.
As a member of the committee, you will be involved in operational matters as referred to in the attached Terms of Reference. Time requirements are full days attendance for face-to-face meetings, pre-meeting assessment of Trainee paperwork and additional time required for out of session email training decisions. You may also be required, on occasion, to undertake Site Accreditation Visits and mark Advanced Training Research Projects.
