Cassowary Coast Regional Council (Principal) invites tenders from suitably qualified contractor(s) to undertake cleaning services at Council-owned or serviced buildings and amenities across the region.

The Principal has approximately 70 sites requiring cleaning services as specified in the scope of works. Facilities include, but are not limited to: libraries, corporate buildings such as corporate buildings, depots, workplace accommodation, storage/archives spaces, public amenities and community used centres, buildings and facilities.

This Contract will be split into four separable portions, which may be awarded to same or different Suppliers. The Separable Portions are as follows:

(a) Separable Portion A – Innisfail

(b) Separable Portion B – El Arish/Tully/ Mission Beach (Except Public Amenities)

(c) Separable Portion C – Kurrimine Beach/Tully to Mission Beach (Public Amenities Only)

(d) Separable Portion D – Cardwell

Tenderers may tender for one, any or all Separable Portions. The Principal reserves the right to award the contract for each or all separable portions.
