ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
Following the purchase of a building in the main street in Gilgandra, Council is seeking conceptual designs for the design and construction (including furniture fit out) for an office to house its Aged Care & Disability Services division.
The building was designed and built as a Tavern in 2011 but has only been used for storage since new.
The fit-out is expected to be professional, creative, innovative, vibrant and reflect the care-giving nature of the service. This fit-out should take the building to the next level of professional, innovative design.
ABOUT THE QUOTATION:
Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced contractors for design and construction (including furniture fit out) of a modern office space as detailed within this Tender Document. The detailed design for all elements will be finalised after consultations with the principal's approval, however, the Tender Document must include preliminary concepts as part of the submission.
REGISTRATION: Tender documents may be obtained after registration.

SUBMISSIONS: Gilgandra Shire Council requests tenderers to submit their Tender via the electronic tender box using either the attached Word or PDF version of the Schedule.
LOCAL PURCHASING POLICY: Gilgandra Shire Council has a local purchasing policy.
STATEMENT OF BUSINESS ETHICS: Gilgandra Shire Council will undertake this Tender in accordance with its Statement of Business Ethics.
The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Quotation process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
