This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The ARC seeks a partner to provide service desk support for it's ICT Service Desk. The ARC Service Desk provides level 1 and 2 ICT support for the ARC's internal staff, who access the ARC internal computer network. The team also provides level 1 support for the ARC's stakeholders who access the ARC's Research Management System.
