Tender Description
Council has received delivery of a prefabricated office which has been installed on site.
The building is required to meet DA conditions of consent requirements and require the following:
- Disabled access
- Stormwater tank on slab for collection of roof water
- Tie down piers on corners of the structure.
- A unsealed access and parking area.
- Fire safety certificate
- Levelling of structure
- Final inspection and occupation / building certificate
