The Attorney-General’s Department (AGD) is seeking a provider with demonstrated experience in uplifting a large number of .NET applications to supported versions within tight timeframes.

The successful provider will be tasked to uplift twelve (12) applications as follows:

• Deliver .NET 8 uplift to nine (9) AGD applications that will reach end of support on the 12th of November 2024;
• update two (2) AGD applications to the latest React versions (front end upgrade)
• update four (4) AGD applications (packages and libraries) to the latest versions (front end upgrade)
• apply code signing to nine (9) AGD applications; and
• enable firewall policies where appropriate for all 12 AGD applications.

This RFQ is seeking responses and quotes from sellers as a package of work. In your response, please specify a delivery plan between planned commencement of 1st of October 2024 and 12 November 2024 for meeting .NET uplift work and React and front-end upgrade work. Firewall policy application and code signing can be met at a later date within the contract period.
