The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS) requires a modern cloud-based Financial Planning, Budgeting and Analysis (FPAS) SaaS solution to replace its existing budgeting and financial reporting system.

The implementation of the new solution will enhance reporting and analysis capabilities, optimise financial resources, and enable more effective planning and risk mitigation. It will also support modern budgeting practices and address the Department’s increasing demands for financial insights and the management and oversight of multi-faceted funding sources.

This contract will be awarded to one Contractor to provide a cloud-based SaaS solution, including implementation and support services.

Business change, transformation consulting services (including change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, business process re-engineering), data cleansing and migration are to be considered out of scope of the proposed procurement.
