The Hills Shire Council is currently seeking appropriately qualified and experienced respondents for the provision of services outlined in the specifications. 

The Hills Shire Council wishes to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to undertake a review and provide a comprehensive Future Vision 2050, Community Strategic Plan.

The Hills Shire Future Vision 2050 aims to provide the Hills Shire residents, Councillors, and Council staff with the opportunity for input into the Strategic direction of The Hills Shire through a range of activities that will facilitate participation, education, and involvement.

The successful Consultant will undertake the process by:

• Analysing Councils current Strategic Planning documents from different plans and strategies.

• Identifying and engaging with Council staff and other stakeholders to validate or determine key themes.

• Undertake community consultation that involves focus groups, special interest groups and mixed interest groups that will gather information about community aspirations and educate the residents about council's capabilities (If Community Consultation is to be undertaken).

• Collating all information from current documents and engagement and draft a CSP to achieve a consistent structure, style and voice.
