Horsham Rural City Council invites tenders for the supply of EPA approved Alternative Daily Cover (ADC) capping material for Council’s Dooen Landfill located within the Horsham Municipality, Wimmera Region, North West Victoria.

The Contract is for the supply and delivery of material only to Dooen Landfill. Council estimates approximately 2160 units of PSM-200, 480 units of P100 and 24 units of Hydromulch Dye will be required annually.

The contract is for an initial 3-year period commencing November 2024. Council at its sole discretion may offer a further one, three-year terms of contract.

Quantities are intended as a guide only and are not guaranteed under this contract.

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender. Late tenders will not be considered.
