EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI) ARE INVITED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FIRST STAGE GOLDEN HILL STEINER HIGH SCHOOL.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited for the construction of the first stage of the Golden Hill Steiner High School. Stage one includes the construction of two GLA classrooms, a manual arts building, an amenities building and associated site works. The project is anticipated to be tendered in late September 2024.

Tenderers are required to be registered building contractors and have relevant experience in commercial construction. The EOI is to include a brief description of the company and an outline of experience, available resources and technical expertise.
